Policies
Cancellation policy
Cancellation from booking confirmation to 45 days prior to arrival: 20% deposit forfeited. Cancellation 44 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value charged. Cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival, including no-shows: 100% of total booking value charged. Force majeure cancellations are handled case by case and may be rescheduled or credited.
Child policy
Children aged 2 to 16 years pay 25% off adult accommodation rates. Children under 6 are not permitted on game drive activities. Children under 12 are not permitted on mokoro activities. Families travelling with children aged 9 years or younger must reserve and pay for a private vehicle. Groups of six guests automatically receive a private vehicle at no additional cost.
House rules
All bookings must be made in writing and remain provisional until confirmed by the lodge. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days unless extended in writing. Private vehicles must be booked for the full stay and are charged per night. Special dietary, medical or accessibility requirements should be provided at booking time.
